Advocates for Human Potential (“AHP”) is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures and will be responsible for the efficiency of business. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with anticipating business needs, managing all aspects of project management including effectively influencing peers to achieve established milestones and knowing how to prioritize sometimes competing initiatives to the advancement of the business.
The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The COO will oversee and lead diverse business consulting and research operations, so we expect successful candidates to be an experienced and efficient leader. A candidate will not be considered qualified without excellent people leadership, business acumen, exemplary work ethics and a passion for our mission.
The goal of the COO position is to ensure smooth and well-run operations that will allow AHP to continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs of our clients.

Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000
AHP, in an effort to be transparent with applicants about salary and in compliance with various state pay disclosure requirements, publishes the following information which is current as of the date of posting. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the AHP salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be high or low in the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. The range listed is just one component of AHP’s total compensation package for employees.
