Position Overview
AHP is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President (VP) for the Center for Training, Technical Assistance, and Consulting (CTTAC) to join the executive leadership team. This role provides strategic oversight of financial performance, staff leadership, business development, and operational execution, ensuring alignment with AHP’s mission and growth objectives. The VP will lead a team of Managing Directors and senior staff, driving collaboration across AHP’s divisions, including Research & Evaluation (R&E), Administrative Services Entity (ASE), Project Management Office (PMO) and Digital Solutions.
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in contract acquisition, revenue growth, large-scale financial management, and operational efficiency. This individual must be skilled in fostering partnerships with national, state, and local levels while ensuring operational excellence in service delivery. We prefer candidates in MA, FL, AZ or IL, though we will consider applicants from other states as well.
