Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, particularly in the areas of title review, real estate transactions, contract review, and project coordination. The Senior Real Estate Paralegal will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of legal documentation related to our projects. This position is California-based and will allow remote work.
As a Senior Real Estate Paralegal, you will support the funding of infrastructure development projects from inception to completion, including the acquisition, renovation, and new construction of behavioral health service facilities.
Your primary focus will be working with the California-based legal team in crafting, reviewing, and finalizing Program Funding Agreements for the disbursement of grant funds to awardees, which include for profit entities, nonprofit corporations, cities, counties, and tribes for the construction of behavioral health service facilities throughout the state of California. Grant funds have been earmarked by the state of California for behavioral health infrastructure expansion. Salary Range: $110,000 - $127,000

The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the AHP salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be high or low in the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. The range listed is just one component of AHP’s total compensation package for employees.
