The Strategic Analyst helps execute the company's growth strategy via sophisticated market research, strong internal communications and rapid strategic analysis.
Successful candidates will have a strong grasp of public procurement processes, particularly in the health and human services sectors, be self directed and curious, with the confidence to bring their expertise and perspective while being eager to learn more.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, social sciences, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, government contracting, grants management, or related roles.
Familiarity with behavioral health or social service sectors strongly preferred.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., FreshSales, Salesforce) and data management.
Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to analyze solicitation documents and synthesize complex information for decision-making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of creating concise, informative reports and dashboards.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Work Hours and Expectations:
This is a full-time, exempt position. As such, the role is not eligible for overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). While the standard workweek is 40 hours, exempt employees are expected to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. This may include occasional evenings or extended hours during periods of high activity, critical deadlines, or special projects. Flexibility, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset are essential to success in this role.
Annual Salary Range: $65.000 - $75,000

The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the AHP salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be high or low within the specified range, depending on a range of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and education. The range listed is just one component of AHP’s total compensation package for employees.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while operating a computer and other standard office equipment. The role involves frequent communication via video conferencing, email, and other digital platforms. As such, employees must have access to a reliable and secure internet connection that supports remote work responsibilities, including video meetings and the use of cloud-based systems.
